Alfred tests out his new typewriter by writing an imaginary tale of Robin growing to manhood and becoming the new Batman, adopting a new partner as Robin, and taking on a gang of crooks.; Jeweler Claber, of Gotham Gem Company, is murdered and his death blamed on criminal Ted Greaves by the man's three partners. However, Batman discovers the partners are actually involved in a smuggling racket and seek to throw suspicion off themselves by blaming Greaves.; Wounded and suffering from amnesia, Bat-Hound befriends a hermit and blind man, but hates the sight of anyone in a mask.....including Batman himself!
