A rash of psychic robberies, in which objects appear to move with the power of mind over matter, puzzle the Caped Crusaders, but not Alfred.; Robin, on his way to school to make a speech for the Presidency of the Junior Class, stops a motorcycle gang, whicjh is led by an expelled student. He successfully captures the gang, but, in the process, loses the chance to become class president at school.
