The Penguin opens a new restaurant in town, but queerly asks guests to hand-write their orders and sign them, then he does everything possible to get himself arrested. Batman finally figures out that, once inside the jail, the Penguin can use homing pigeons to ferret out dozens of forged checks using the signatures he got in his restaurant!; A famed movie stand-in uses his skills to lead a life of crime, but it takes the hard work of the Batman and Robin to discover the reason why.; Alfred notices a wanted poster in the post office for an English thief.
