Whoever does the most to help out at the school Christmas party will get to play Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus. Veronica is the odds-on favorite to be Mrs. Santa Claus because she's paying for the band. After Archie is outdone by Reggie in his attempt to get a tree for the party, Jingles returns, offering to use his Brownie magic to help Archie beat Reggie. But everything Jingles tries just makes Archie lose even more humiliatingly.; Sabrina continuously uses her powers for good instead of evil, and that gets her in trouble with Della, The Head Witch.; After Della and Aunt Hilda read her the riot act over getting the goody-goody Christmas spirit, Sabrina resolves to do her duty as a witch and resist doing good deeds for people at Christmas. But when she's taken hostage by two bank robbers, she sees the opportunity to do good by doing evil.; Trying to demonstrate to Mr. Lodge that Christmas trees are fire traps, Archie manages to burn tree after tree to ashes.; Another Archie screw-up somehow leaves Mr. Weatherbee in a Napoleon costume screaming "charge!" against a volley of ping-pong balls, just as the Superintendent arrives to inspect the school.; Thanks to one too many hits in the head during football practice, Moose is suffering from intermittent memory loss. When Moose temporarily forgets who Midge is, Reggie tries to make time with her while Moose is busy playing Santa Claus .; When Archie and Reggie overhear that Veronica has two tickets to the hockey game the try to convince her to take one of them.; The Christmas season doesn't seem to change Reggie's usual rottenness, but Jughead argues that even Reggie can't resist the compulsion to be nice at Christmas time.; Archie tries to maintain Mr. Weatherbee's image of a serious, devoted student.; Veronica becomes sick of the conformist Christmas spirit, and along with Reggie, she hatches a plan to prove that greed is stronger than sickening sweetness.; Sabrina and her relatives don't like Harvey's gifts, so they use magic to exchange them then and there.; Archie is reprimanded for speeding (20 mph in a 15 mph zone), but his friends refuse to believe his jalopy could go so fast.
