Josie finds a pendant on the street. The pendant draws cruel and vicious feelings to the surface of anyone who smells the liquid it contains. They visit a professor at his home to return the pendent. The professor conducts experiments on them.; Josie learns from Alexandra that Alan M. has "fallen head over heels" for a cute blonde waitress. She tries to find Valerie to find out of the rumor is true, but instead finds Melody, and asking Melody about anything is a trial.; Betty and Veronica visit a pet store and imagine what their friends would look like as dogs, fish, and other exotic animals.; Sabrina convinces a reluctant Hilda to give a door-to-door salesman a chance to make his pitch but he ends up being unbearably clumsy.; Sabrina thinks it's boring to hang around other witches because all they talk about is witch stuff. Hilda buys a TV and VCR to watch more witch stuff.
