Leanna Horten is a successful actress. She sees a lot of Hugh Duncan, who wants her to sign with his agency. Leanna has to determine if Hugh really loves her or just wants her to sign with his agency to make money.; Susan Farr, assistant editor for Lens magazine, is sent to get an article from Cy Rollins. Cy seems more interested in Susan than finishing his assignment. As his deadline approaches, he arranges a date with Susan, but misses the date and she can't contact him. When he shows up the next day at the editorial office, Susan learns he had been telephoning the wrong number. He turns in his assignment and asks Susan to marry him.; Rita works in a travel agency. When an employee in Venice gets food poisoning, Rita is asked to go to Italy to take over for her. There she meets Giovanni who pursues her relentlessly even though she can't speak Italian. Finally, she discovers that 'Giovanni' is actually Joe Conlon, who has only been pretending to speak Italian and actually only speaks English.
