By accident, Conan stumbles onto the fact that Rena Mizunashi is a member of the Black Organization, and that the Organization plans to assassinate a major political figure.; While up in the mountains for an entomology lesson, Dr. Agasa gives the kids a code to solve in order to find a secret treasure. While Conan is involved with solving the code, he receives a call from Rachel asking Jimmy to solve a crime she's stumbled upon.; Conan prods the Junior Detective League into solving the code themselves. In doing so, he solves Rachel's murder mystery. But can he warn Rachel and Serena in time?; Richard is hired to discover whether there is a human cause behind the strange occurrences in a reputed haunted house.; Using Richard as his surrogate, Conan solves the murders.; Yoko Okino recruits Richard to find out who may be stalking a friends of hers, a famous local television news anchor.; A crooked sign at a hot spring gives Conan the clue to solve the code. Meanwhile Rachel and Serena are being stalked by the killer back in Tokyo.; A family friend and the supervisor of the haunted mansion's security system is found hanged from a balcony and Conan must discover who did it and how it connects to a boating accident thirteen years ago.; The owner of the mansion becomes the second murder victim, in a locked room with no visible way in or out.; A random remark from Rachel sets Conan on the path to the truth.
