Nico, a giant, is smoking and polluting the air and ground of a mountain tourist town with smoke and ashes.; Nico continues to pollute the town and the nearby forest, causing some of the animals to try to steal his cigars to end the smoking.; Nico is finally convinced to quit smoking when he discovers his girl, Belinda, has taken up with another non-smoker.; Spooky is disgusted with the state of his house so he finds another to haunt. The house's current ghost fools him into leaving without a fight, by posing as a too-helpful butler.; Casper flies into the jet stream where, as an experiment for a gnome, he discovers tossing a bucket of water blows the water back in his face.
