Doll Man discovers a race of naturally tiny people in Siratuba, a land valued for its platinum, and whose residents have been convinced by a man named Gorney to mine the metal. But Gorney's greed leads to an explosion which kills him and the small people.; The Brigadiers take a hike, so to speak, as Rusty, Alababa and Pierpont continue their plainclothes globe trotting.
