Elmer inadvertently shoots the TV set, so the two decide to go watch the matches in person.; Elmer is a dogcatcher who is afraid of dogs.; Elmer tries to fix a leaky pipe and floods his basement. Daffy enjoys the impromptu pond, but accidentally cuts the main water pipe and floods the whole house.; Elmer is trying to win an unusual photograph contest. Bugs tries to help.; Elmer takes Daffy along to be the crew on his new boat. A pelican takes a liking to the boat and won't leave.; While driving a milk truck, Elmer slams on his brakes to avoid hitting a cat. The cat takes advantage of the spilled milk to have lunch.; Elmer fixes his roof during a rainstorm, but that doesn't stop the leaks.; Elmer is doing exercises. The only place he can touch his toes without bending his knees is a room where the floor is warped.; Elmer goes through his closet and dresser trying to find his hat, then looks in a mirror to see that he was wearing it all the time.
