Ignatz gives Krazy a vase he finds in the dump. It is a magic vase and a genie appears. Krazy wishes to be smart and dazzles everyone with his intelligence. Unfortunately the pressure of people wanting his expert advice mounts and Krazy ends up wishing to be dumb again, and the genie returns him to his old self.; Ignatz hires some Indians and makes a 3-D western movie with Krazy as cameraman.; Ignatz hires Mr. Crow to pretend to be afraid of the scarecrow he sells Krazy.; Ignatz paints himself with white paint to be able to join a circus comprised entirely of white mice.; Ignatz gives Krazy a painting of a brick that's so lifelike the brick falls on Krazy's head after he hangs the painting on the wall.
