Krazy builds a boat, but Ignatz steals it and holds up on a little island. Offissa Pupp pursues in a motorized speedboat, but finds that the island is not in his jurisdiction.; Krazy decides to become "the Mystery Rider, the phantom-type cowboy" and fight crime in Kokonino.; Offissa Pupp gets caught in a tree while trying to dislodge its last leaf. Ignatz is part of the volunteer fire department and gets Offissa Pupp down. Ignatz later makes a nuisance of himself by putting out a pile of burning leaves and dousing a fire in a fireplace.; Ignatz promises to build Offissa Pupp a new room for his jail, but the bricks he uses to build it are made of ice.; Krazy finds a horseshoe, but it only brings bad luck to Ignatz.; Krazy catches a woodpecker to use to peck a hole in the door to the catnip factory.; Krazy sits under a palm tree and Offissa Pupp shows him that he might get hit by the tree's coconuts. Krazy then sits under a different tree, only to get hit by a brick dropped by Ignatz.
