Favor catches a young boy stealing a calf. After lecturing him, he lets him go. Later the boy repays the favor by telling Favor and Yates where three rustlers are hiding.; Rancher Dave Howard sends his bull-headed son Jim on the trail drive with Favor and Yates in hopes that they'll be able to make a cattleman of him.; While returning to camp after getting supplies, Wishbone gives an Indian girl a ride to her camp. She is the chief's daughter and he declares that Wishbone must marry her. A brave challenges Wishbone to combat for the girl's hand. Rowdy tracks Wishbone to the camp and comes up with a plan to get Wishbone away without offending the Indians.; The ability of men to hide from the law by hiring on as help during cattle drives.; Longhorn cattle, once so plentiful as to be valueless, become a hot commodity after the Civil War.
