Ruff and Reddy are in the desert of Arvania following a map which is supposed to lead them to the lost city of Bagdaddy-O. A sandstorm uncovers the lost city and Ruff finds a lamp containing a "teeny genie," who's still learning how to control his powers.; Ruff takes up a new hobby--hypnotism. He tries to hypnotize Reddy into believing Ruff is now a lion. A real lion escapes from the zoo and complicates matters.; Ruff and Reddy try to find a way for an old circus horse to become a performer again.; Ruff and Reddy's car breaks down in a western town. Reddy takes a job as a deputy to earn some money and foils a bank robbery.; Reddy wants to chew on some old alligator shoes.; Reddy hops a ride on Ruff's sports car to deliver mail to a trailer traveling down the road.; Ruff is running a hamburger stand next door to Reddy's hot dog stand.
