Andy and Charlie go to London to help Andy's uncle, Roamer Panda, and solve the mystery of "Jack the Bopper," who clubs people and robs them.; Andy inadvertently snaps a picture of a bank robber as he steps out of the bank with his loot. Andy and Charlie flee to a TV station, where they disrupt the station's live programming while trying to escape from the robber.; Andy and Charlie explore a large cavern that is supposed to be the home of the "Bat-Monster," a bat as large as a house.; Charlie tries to fool Andy by hiding in a park trash can.; When Charlie is sick, Andy follows the doctor's orders and cooks plenty of good, plain food. Charlie prefers to take his nourishment from the neighborhood ice cream vendor.; Andy tries to sell Charlie accident insurance.
