Siren agrees to work as a P.R. agent for COBRA in exchange for them freeing her son, who was kidnapped by a human-trafficking ring. Siren and Baroness attack a boat to find information. She tells stories from COBRA's history to convince the men to cooperate. She gets a contact name, and the man is killed. She tells the Baroness a story as well.; Thom Laurel keeps a journal during his time in a prisoner of war camp. He befriends a man who hides himself from others. He charts the guards movements and one night decides to escape. Thom asks him to give his son a letter, and make sure his son doesn't go down the wrong path. The man doesn't believe in debts and refuses, but Thom sacrifices his life for his friend. The friend delivers the letter to the son, and, to ensure he doesn't go down the wrong path, kills him.; A past Cobra Commander tells a ship captain to attack another ship. When he refuses, the Commander calls him a coward and they fight. The Commander yields, and the captain attacks the other ship to prove his strength. The Commander then blows up both ships.; Charles Pike goes to see the Cobra Commander, and is unimpressed with the man, as he sees him as weak. He decides to betray and kill him. He kills the wrong man, and the Commander kills him instead.
