The criminal organization Thunderbolt returns to steal the super-computer WHRRR and turns it against Robby's heroes.; Manhunter, as Marco Xavier, is forced to tell Mr. V. about his weakness to fire, but he then tricks the villains into believing that the vulnerability does not exist after all.
