Mioga reveals that the Tetsusaiga not only protects Inuyasha, but also seals his demonic blood. So when the sword was broken, so was the seal and only Kagome's influence could push it back down.; Kagura fights Inuyasha while using villagers as a human shield against his Wind Scar attack. Kanna finds her mirror unable to steal Kagome's soul.; Kanna uses her enchanted mirror to reflect Inuyasha's Wind Scar attack back on him.; Naraku reveals to Kagome and Inuyasha that the Shikon Jewel is nearly complete and that he has Kikyo to thank.; Kagome's arrow puts a crack in the face of Kanna's mirror and releases all of the souls it captured.; Inuyasha pries himself up from his sick bed to seek out Kikyo and discover what she plans for Naraku.; Inuyasha must contend with a third demon aspect of Naraku that reads minds and eats human flesh, and Kagome's jealous fit because he defended Kikyo to the others.; Goshinki catches the Tetsusaiga in his jaws and snaps the blade in half.; Inuyasha defeats Goshinki by turning into a full demon.; Totosai agrees to repair the Tetsusaiga, but warns Inuyasha that it will no longer be able to bind his demonic blood. Meanwhile Sesshomaru brings Goshinki's severed head to another demonic sword smith and contracts for a sword to be made from one of Goshinki's fangs.
