Inuyasha goes into battle with the demon that killed his father, determined to surpass his father and increase his ability to wield the Tetsusaiga.; Tsubaki casts a possession spell over Kagome, using tainted jewel shards, and orders her to kill Inuyasha.; Inuyasha starts to go full demon, but relents and chooses to use Tetsusaiga to fight Ryukotsusei.; Ryukotsusei proves to be far tougher than Inuyasha imagined, even with his sword's new abilities.; By accident, Inuyasha masters Tetsusaiga's ultimate move, the Bakuryu-Ha, and uses it to defeat Ryukotsusei. Meanwhile Naraku summons Black Priestess Tsubaki to aid him in his quest for the Shikon Jewel.; Miroku and Sango go in search of the black priestess to break the spell over Kagome. Tsubaki's aura also draws Kikyo into the situation.; Kikyo confronts Tsubaki, allowing Kagome to shake off the possession spell.; Kikyo warns Tsubaki not to make any attempt on Inuyasha's life.; Tsubaki demands Inuyasha submit to being devoured by her demon familiar or else she'll allow the tainted jewel shards in Kagome to poison her.; Using the last of her strength, Kagome reflects Tsubaki's curse back upon herself and purifies the jewel shards.
