Kinka and Ginka retaliate against Moryomaru, using mystical fire and lightning to try to fry the demon inside of his shell.; With the last of his strength, Kinka attacks Moryomaru as the demon attempts to absorb Ginka's body.; As he dies, Kinka chooses to merge with Tetsusaiga rather than Moryomaru, giving the blade the power of his mystic flame.; When Inuyasha splits open his armor and exposes Akago, Moryomaru flees. Meanwhile, Sesshomaru tests his newly upgraded blade.; The gang encounters a Numawatari, a demonic presence that possesses a body of water and turns it into a predatory entity.; None of Tetsusaiga's attacks work against the Numawatari.; After Sesshomaru easily defeats the Numawatari, he chides Inuyasha on his lack of understanding of Tetsusaiga. So Inuyasha seeks out Totosai to understand.; Finding the Great Holy Demon Spirit has been attacked, Inuyasha and the other seek out the thief who stole the spirit's enchanted liver.; Inuyasha finds the demon who stole the Great Holy Demon Spirit's liver, but can't draw Tetsusaiga due to binding chains the Spirit placed around the blade.; Inuyasha destroys the demon, but doesn't find the stolen liver.
