A gaudy muffler gets passed around as a Christmas gift.; A genie grants Jughead's wishes, but they make life complicated, so Jughead decides to dispense with the genie and go back to his simple life.; Jughead frequents a cute girl's hot dog cart, but insists he's only in it for the food. When she is transferred to another location he takes a bus and scours the city until he finds her.; Jughead and Betty are glum about the community's lack of Christmas spirit, but a fire at the homeless shelter brings out the best in everyone.; Jughead does so well selling lucky horseshoes that Reggie buys his business, but all the luck that Reggie has is bad.; Jughead and Reggie torment Mr. Weatherbee with paper airplanes. When he tries to lay a trap for them, a real airplane crashes on him.; Jughead and Archie decide to have a sleepover like they did when they were kids. They drive each other crazy.; Since Archie and Jughead are not getting into trouble together, everyone assumes that they're not spending time together.; Archie wants to fight Reggie, but Jughead surreptitiously arranges a set of threats to Reggie, and Archie saves him every time. This works a change in Reggie's heart.; Little Jughead loses a coat lined with food supplies on a skiing trip, and tussles with a bobcat to get it back.; Mr. Weatherbee is worried when Little Archie and Little Jughead make a tiny flying saucer for a science project. He's even more worried to be visited by tiny people in just such a vehicle. In a panic he wrecks the science project, which Mr. Flutesnoot promises to overlook in exchange for dramatic additions to equipment (and an A for the boys). The tiny aliens decide that earthlings are too violent to make friends with.; Little Jughead wins a sewing and fashion contest, then swaps the trophy for school athletic uniforms.; Little Jughead goes ice fishing with the Lodges. He turns the trip into a disaster, but also guarantees that they catch plenty of fish.; Jughead and Hot Dog are trying to get adjusted to the new leash law, and make a mess at the winter festival.; Veronica is late for a date, leaving Archie standing in the snow. The next time he makes sure that their meeting place is in front of the model agency.; Archie makes a New Year's resolution to be more helpful to Mr. Lodge, putting both Mr. Lodge and Smithers into a panic.; Jughead invents a sleeping bag hammock to use in snow. The results are disastrous.; Jughead is annoyed when his friends drag him out Christmas caroling, and a series of disasters bears out his pessimism. But he changes his tune once he learns that they've gotten him out of the house in order to stage a surprise party for him.; Jughead is thrilled to cater the meal for Veronica's swanky holiday party. But when food is needed for the orphanage party, he unhesitatingly donates the fruits of all his labor.; Jughead and Archie get locked in a freezer while helping cater the Lodge Christmas party. Jughead holds off eating anything while they're waiting for rescue, then gulps down everything at the party itself.; Jughead makes a pig of himself at Veronica's party. When he sees some homeless men sharing what little food they have, he's moved to do the same.; Veronica torments Jughead about an ugly hairy vest he wears, but has to borrow it when her jacket is stained on a cold day. Jughead takes photos to blackmail her.; Betty buys a locked mystery trunk at an auction. The contents prove to be worthless, but the trunk itself brings in $1500.; Archie tires himself out, trying to invigorate Jughead with fresh air.; Looking after things while the Lodges are away, Jughead and Archie manage to ruin the garden. When he learns that now the garden club will NOT meet at his house, Mr. Lodge rewards the boys.; Veronica can't find Archie, and gets annoyed when everyone tells her to try the lost and found... which turns out to be where Betty's working.; When Jughead rescues a little girl who's lost in the snow, the girl's big sister kisses him repeatedly, much to his embarrassment.; Miss Grundy coaches Jughead to liven up his writing with more descriptions. All of his descriptions have to do with food.; A mentalist needs an inanimate object for his demonstration. Mr. Lodge suggests Jughead.; Jughead and Archie use a jalopy to pick up a Christmas tree. The car rattles so much that it shakes all the needles off.; Jughead tried working at the Post Office, but didn't have enough zip.; For a class report about what students would like to be doing, Jughead goes to sleep at his desk.; Since Mr. Weatherbee recommends a piece of exercise equipment, Archie decides it must be worthless.; Jughead paints a picture of Archie ice skating. Archie falls though the ice, so Jughead tosses him a doughnut as a life preserver.; Mr. Weatherbee demonstrates karate, terrifying Jughead.; Jughead has to make his own school schedule, and assigns himself to four periods of lunch.; Hot Dog goes wild for dog food commercials.; Archie thinks dogs don't have much to worry about. Hot Dog feels the same about people.; Jughead is delighted on getting a homework assignment to clean the cake pan from cooking class.; Jughead proclaims Archie's right to hold stupid opinions.
