Dot's father tries to get her mind off dots with some sporting activities, but Dot can find dots just about anywhere.; Dot's grumpy uncle pays a visit and she tries to cheer him up with a trip to the carnival. She points out all the ways dots can be funny, but her uncle just doesn't think they're funny at all. As it turns out, though, certain dots CAN be funny in the right circumstances...; Lotta's friend Charlie is a bit of a wimp, who's always running away from the local bully. So, she devises a plan to bring out Charlie's inner tiger.; Richie is happily expecting a visit from his cousin, who arrives and immediately makes herself as unpleasant as possible. Richie is at a loss as to how to handle the situation, until the girl calls him "Reggie"! He realizes that she's not his cousin; she's actually looking to "visit" Reggie, who lives next door.; Lotta punishes a bully with a crushing handshake.
