Henery has become a boy scout and his pursuit of merit badges keeps interfering with Foghorn's harassment of The Hound.; Pete accidentally falls into the barnyard and The Hound tries to use him as a weapon against Foghorn.; Foghorn's imaginary childhood playmate returns, now all grown up. When he proves to be immediately better at Foghorn's life than he is, Foghorn begins to resent him.
