When the Countess Elsia stands up Baron von Tepp for a dinner date, he decides to send his troops to get her, and she narrowly escapes and nearly perishes before Blackhawk can save her. However, all the efforts of Blackhawk cannot save the Countess. Then and there, the Blackhawks decide to track down von Tepp, better known as "The Butcher" (because he loves to just kill people for the Führer) to avenge them and the late Countess.; The Nazis develop their own Rocket Tank to combat the Blue Tracer. However, the Tracer beats it by riding it from above into a rock, where the local Russians finish it off with Molotov cocktails.; Inferior Man displays uncanny ability when he straps himself to a rocket and targets a Nazi bomber which he then dismantles in mid-air!
