Set one year into the future, two boys sneak into the Lodge through a hole in the wall and find themselves caught in a civil war between Colonel Dachshund and Wayne. Wayne saves the boys from the Colonel's forces and sends them out of the Lodge, telling them to forget what they'd seen.; Proof battles a living bear shirt ("berzerker").; Archie Snow picks up a copy of Proof #25, flips through it, then dismisses the comic book, judging "it won't make thirty issues."
