The Ray shows great concern for keeping young Bud out of harm's way after the lad witnesses a shooting. However, Bud places himself in danger afterwards when he seeks out the help from the Secret Service.; The evil Topoff and his oriental henchman, Toto, are pursued by Hazzard and Bozo after Toto murders the District Attorney using a mystical crucible that allows Topoff to appear and vanish at will.; Chuck decides to adopt the dog of one of his ex-foes.; Silas Raddo runs the Midville Orphanage and decides that, if he could get rid of the kids, he could pocket the endowment money. Therefore he plans a holiday excursion for the kids aboard a ship that he has rigged to go down in flames. Wildfire saves the kids and then dishes out deadly justice, throwing Raddo into a furnace and blowing up the small boat with his henchmen in it.
