All the animals in the Enchanted Forest are missing, and when Casper goes looking for them he discovers a strange place where the weird inhabitants play endless practical jokes on each other.; The Wind of Time blows Casper back to the age of the dinosaurs.; Casper befriends a dinosaur and offers to keep her eggs safe while she goes looking for food, but the mountaintop he's on turns out to be a volcano and he is blasted into space with the eggs.; Casper meets the Wind of Time, who helps him save the dinosaur eggs and returns him home to his own time.; Poil tries to teach Spooky a lesson about booing.; Casper helps his friend Merv find a new house to haunt.; Casper pole vaults over a mountain thanks to his intangibility.; When Wendy leaves a magic wand behind, a musical conductor finds it and accidentally turns his orchestra into frogs.; Wendy's aunts have made a brew that pollutes the forest but they still aren't satisfied with it.; Spooky has promised Poil he won't boo, but the temptation is just too great.; The ghosts stop for a rest and scare off two workmen.; When Wendy's friends won't play with her, she finds a way to amuse herself without them.; Casper wants to keep another ghost boy from scaring a woman.; Wendy's aunts think that Wendy is finally coming around to their ways.; Dumbella has figured out how to ride her broom without falling.; Wendy scares away a nasty troll.; When a ghost bully comes around it's Poil who scares him off instead of Spooky.; Casper saves a boy and his boat from going over a waterfall.
