When Jackson boasts that he could have the girls swoon over him the same as they do the mystery crooner on television, Natch takes him to the TV station and enters him in the amateur program.; Wilbur is upset that Judy says Natch has a personality and sense of humor, things that Wilbur's money can't buy. He bribes his cousin Maria to make a play for Natch to make Judy jealous.; Natch's father decides he needs to go back to school to get his high school diploma. However, he gets into the social aspect so much that he disrupts the whole school and the teachers have to find a way to get rid of him.; Natch's grandmother drives an M.G. sports car and gets the boys to give up their hot rods in favor of sports cars, teaching them some auto safety along the way.; Mary Lou wants her father to go for a walk with her--past a dress shop.
