Justin Westrum murders his business partner Mack and disposes of his body in a nearby lake. But he is haunted by Mack's curse who swore to "keep an eye" on him. Becoming more and more paranoid, Westrum goes too far in his attempts to cover his tracks.; Attending a seance, Warren Travers' soul is pulled out of his body and wanders the realms of the beyond. Meanwhile an otherworldly creatures inhabits his body and tries to build a machine that will call all the lost souls into this world.; A carnival owner tries to buy out the proprietor of the wax museum. When the latter refuses, he is killed, but returns to drag his murderer before a ghostly tribunal. The sentence is death.
