When a pipe bursts in the school forcing the prom to be cancelled, Veronica gets another idea where the dance can be held -- at the Lodge mansion.; Veronica loves the sunny spring weather, but isn't fond of the rain-- especially when it ruins two of her outfits.; It's a fashion disaster when Mr. Lodge refuses Veronica any more money for her unique fashions. Veronica then goes shopping at Fjordstroms and buys a dress that - she learns later-- was also bought by Betty, Midge, and Tomoko.
