Mickey and Goofy investigate the disappearance of Shamrock Bones. When searching for Shamrock Bones, Mickey and Goofy encounter a criminal known as "The Icy Hand".; While Mickey and Goofy are out to sea in their tugboat, they accidentally find themselves involved in a tugboat war with another tugboat owner attempting to retain his territory. After Goofy falls overboard, a pelican leads Mickey to Goofy's location.; Goofy combines Mickey's television and piano to encourage Morty and Ferdie to continue their piano lessons.
