The trip to Earth proves more harmful than helpful, with drug stores not carrying pills anymore, the Gillywump getting lost, and Cosmo and Orbi ending up atop a high rise. When the Gillywump saves them, the fall knocks his cold out of him. Meanwhile, Professor Thimk and Astra board a rocket to the Moon.; Archie, Reggie, and Jughead get a job helping out a scientist who is doing DNA testing. When Eastwood, an ape, is found wearing Jughead's crown, Archie and Reggie believe that the ape is Jughead and they try to change him back.; Cosmo and Orbi go to investigate the Gillywump, a creature that is feared by all Martians and lives on the dark side of the moon.; Cosmo and Orbi meet the Gillywump, a blue creature with a huge nose and a cold. After expressing his loneliness, he goes to live with the Moonlings. Later, everybody goes to Earth to get pills to cure the Gillywump's cold.; The Archies give their input on a musical video game that will feature them.; Veronica stubbornly refuses to admit her very fashionable boots aren't practical in the heavy snows of this year's Riverdale winter.; When Mr. Weatherbee turns 65 and is forced to retire, Archie starts a petition to keep him at the school.; When Central High's "chief spy, cheat, crook, con man, and all around bad guy" Slade Thompson is seen at Riverdale High, Archie enacts a plan to keep Slade away.; Mr. Weatherbee assigns Archie to the task of carrying paint to the custodian's work shop.; When Mr. Lodge wants Archie out of his house, Jughead has Archie sign up for arts-and-crafts workshops at the town hall.; Mr. Andrews keeps the house extremely cold, so Archie and Jughead go out to seek warmth.; Archie, Miss Grundy, and Mr. Weatherbee cheer up a depressed Betty, who has little confidence in her paintings.; Miss Beazly tries to remake her image by being the cafeteria Maitre D' rather than head lunch lady.; Archie plays guitar for Veronica and annoys Mr. Lodge.; When Reggie and Veronica play hooky and go skiing rather than rehearsing, the remaining Archies end up playing a gig at Reggie and Veronica's resort.; Mr. Weatherbee decides to exercise with the basketball team and does exceptionally well, leading Archie and Jughead to try and avoid his bragging.; Archie tries to break up one of Betty and Veronica's fights.; Archie and Jughead don't believe in extra-sensory perception until they notice that the girls can carry on a conversation while never completing a sentence.; Betty imagines Archie more creatively than he is: as a vampire, a pirate, and a spy.; Archie bets Betty a dinner date that her aerobics workout isn't as strenuous as she makes it out to be.; Archie and Jughead try to prove that Betty did not steal Veronica's emerald ring.; A peek into Igor's early adult life. We see Igor assist Dr. Krankenstein in making a monster, but Igor accidentally gives the monster "Madison Ave. brains" instead of "genius brains". Then, Igor awakes Dracula at the wrong time because South Transylvania is practicing Daylight Savings Time.; Bats presents the first "horror western", a story about a marshal who battles monsters.; One rocket crew on Pluto tries to find another.; Archie accidentally hands a note in to Miss Grundy with his homework.; Ethel complains that there is no song named for her, until Jughead points out the song "Hound Dog".; Ethel lists boys as one of her extracurricular activities.; Betty and Archie play a board game created by Betty.
