An alien arrives on Earth and starts shrinking buildings and stealing them. He plans to enlarge them on his homeworld and create a tourist attraction in space. Superman, Batman and Robin must stop him and return the shrunken buildings to their proper locations.; Tommy finds and infiltrates a space-pirate base by hiding in a cargo crate. He's threatened by killer robots who respond to movement, but slowly works his belt buckle to create reflected spots in the room. The robots flail away at the spots as Tommy makes his escape and captures the pirate.; Green Arrow and Speedy must find a way to stop the Spectrum Man and his gang of thieves.; Ollie can't get his friend's money back from the barber, so he gets himself a free haircut instead.
