Archie can't remember if he asked Betty or Veronica for a date, though both claimed he did. He flips a coin and Betty wins. Veronica stalks them all evening. After Archie takes out another girl, Betty and Veronica declare a truce, but when Veronica has a date with Archie, Betty is back in stalking mode.; Veronica has a pet rabbit. When it gets loose, everyone keeps bringing Archie to Veronica, thinking he's the "cuddle bunny" she's missing.; Archie and Jughead are annoyed by the girls' habit of answering a statement with a question like "It didn't!"; Veronica takes credit for molding Archie into the perfect boyfriend. Betty tells Veronica she's stifling Archie's personality. At the same time, Jughead is lecturing Archie on not agreeing to everything Veronica tells him. When Archie and Veronica next meet they both try to change their ways, but end up falling back into the same pattern.; Veronica decides she's going to bake muffins, which sends everyone into a panic.; Veronica wants to break her date with Archie so she can date a major from the exclusive Milltown Military Academy. Nobody wants to help her do it.; Archie can't understand why Betty lets Veronica insult her. Betty says that friends can be honest with each other. Archie decides to try it on Veronica, who becomes irate.; Betty has her arm in a sling after spraining her wrist playing field hockey. Everyone asks what happened, except for Archie, who ignores Betty entirely to tend to Veronica, who has a tiny cut on her finger.; While out on a drive with her father, Jinx is spelling all the signs out loud, including one on a car that says p-o-l-i-c-e.; Shrimpy is allowed to give orders to the other baseball players because it's his baseball.; Betty made two New Year's resolutions: "not to gossip" and "to share things with others." When she hears a juicy rumor she doesn't know which resolution to keep.; After the salesman shows Veronica nearly all the shoes in the store, she finds a pair she likes--except for one thing.; Shrimpy's friend's balloon gets loose and bursts against a tree. She says it was a "case of too much freedom!"; Shrimpy wants to borrow one of Daphne's records. Daphne thinks he's developing an appreciation of music, but Shrimpy just want to use it to replace his broken ping pong paddle.; While watching a movie in a theater, Veronica tells Archie that she's cold.; Veronica needs a wheelbarrow to carry all the records she buys.; Archie is teaching Veronica how to drive.; Archie says rock and roll artists are getting younger all the time.; Mr. Lodge measures how much taller Veronica has gotten. He also measures how much wider Mrs. Lodge has gotten.; It's Veronica's birthday, and Archie gets her a present from a cereal box.
