With Betty's extensive help, Archie builds a homemade snowmobile to try to beat Reggie at snowmobile racing.; In order to shame the students into dressing more conservatively, Miss Grundy shows up to class wearing a miniskirt while Mr. Weatherbee shows up in bell bottoms, a paisley shirt and an afro wig.; Archie gets a gig singing at a local club. When Betty and Veronica hear about this, they insist on giving him a mod new look to help out.; The gang goes to a drive-in movie, Veronica in Archie's car and Betty in Reggie's. Veronica doesn't want to stay in Archie's car because she'll freeze in the cold weather. But she doesn't want to go to Reggie's car because then Betty will move in on Archie.; Jinx is less interested in ballet than in other subjects.
