Archie wants to try all the wildest rides at the county fair. Betty sits them out until she learns that Gloria's joining Archie in line. Once she gets a taste she wants the wild rides nonstop, until even Archie can't stand it.; Betty's hair is perfect, and she spends the day struggling to keep it so for a party at Veronica's. The party quickly becomes a hilarious affair with everyone jumping into the pool.; Betty's parents never had a honeymoon, so she wants to provide one as a surprise. As she does research and solicits opinions, people assume she's planning her own honeymoon with Archie, and Veronica warns Betty's parents. When all is straightened out Mr. Lodge uses Veronica's allowance to make a major contribution to underwrite the trip, in apology for Veronica's spoiling the surprise.; Mrs. Nelson opens a year-round Christmas store, which gets Betty into the holiday mood, even though the season is months away. She and Archie hike up a mountain into the snow zone and celebrate all by themselves.
