However, when the "management" introduces Captain Marvel live on the stage, Billy smells a rat, and discovers Sivana is behind it all. As the situation unfolds, it is discovered that Sivana had kidnapped the Princess of Mentonia and Captain Marvel must rescue her.; Billy is sent down to swamp country to get the story on the mysterious Swamp Creature, but it's Captain Marvel who discovers why The Swamp Devil is trying to scare people off their land.; Captain Marvel is called out to investigate the eruption of a volcano in the Rockies, and must prevent a terrorist from taking control of the volcanoes in the Rocky Mountain chain.; Sivana creates a new potion that has the capability to change someone into another person, with another brain, and he intends to use it on Billy in order to rid himself of his enemy, Captain Marvel, and become the rightful ruler of the universe!
