Jimmy and Harley take time out to investigate the murder of a man found alone in his locked car. Meanwhile the clock continues to tick on when the serum negating the effects of the regression serum will wear off and revert Jimmy back to Conan.; In the middle of solving the murder, Jimmy feels the serum wearing off, right in front of Rachel.; A food critic is poisoned at a trendy Sushi Bar with a revolving buffet and Conan must determine who and how.; Conan and the Junior Detective League continue to investigate the impossible crime.; Conan deduces how the murder was committed and, with Dr. Agasa as his surrogate, implicates the murderer.; An eccentric billionaire conducts a contest where all the contestants have the same last name, including George's father, and perform eccentric tests of skill. Later the billionaire turns up murdered and one of the three finalists may be the killer.; Conan's investigations lead to a motive for the eccentric contest and the murderer's act, but he's no closer to finding the killer or clearing George's father.; The various interpretations of a set of symbols lead Conan to the killer.; Conan, Rachel and Richard stumble onto a police dragnet in search of a phantom car that is running people off of a dangerous cliff road.; Conan takes a keener interest in the "Silver Witch" case when Richard's car is nearly run over an embankment.; Richard and Inspector Yamamura set up a trap for the ghost car.
