Stu and Jeff investigate a series of "accidents" that have been plaguing a carnival.; Kookie borrows Stu's car for a date at a fancy restaurant. After the meal, the pair is carjacked by a cop-killer, who forces them to drive to the Mexican border.; A camera store is robbed, but a customer has movie film of the front of the robber's car with its license plate number. The problem is the owner doesn't know who the customer is.
