While flying north in the spring, Daffy decides to hitch a ride on a luxury liner. Elmer is purser on the ship and is determined to keep Daffy off.; Daffy pretends to be a fortune teller in order to trick Elmer into buying him food at the circus.; Daffy uses bird calls to try to get Elmer to leave his house to find the first robin of spring.; A tramp steals Elmer's new "height shoes" but Sam's dog brings them back.; Elmer is a glass blower with hiccups. Bugs tries to cure him.; Elmer takes his dog for a walk, but can't handle the large animal.; Elmer misses the garbage man, so decides to dump a pail of garbage down a hole. Unfortunately, Bugs is in the hole.; Elmer moves his grill inside so Bugs won't mooch, but Bugs sees the smoke and puts the fire out with a hose.; Bugs reaches through a hole in the fence to get one of Elmer's carrots, but winds up with a handful of paint from Elmer, who is painting the fence.; Elmer tries to keep a window shade from rolling up by attaching the cord to his big toe, but finds that doesn't work.
