Frosty gets a job delivering presents for a department store in an open sleigh. He takes the money to buy presents for a family of seals.; Frosty wanders into a town where all the inhabitants are frozen like statues. He finds that the King's son had read from a random page in the wizard's book of magic and had placed a spell over the kingdom. Frosty looks for a way to break the spell.; Frosty goes to the North Pole to help Santa Claus, but is disappointed when he finds that all the work has been completed.; Frosty tells the children a story about a his efforts to unite an orphan donkey with a lonely little boy.; Frosty goes to see the Northwest Winds to have them blow the snow off the railroad tracks so that the train with the Christmas trees can come to town.; Frosty comes up with an idea to get presents to Captain Jonas, the lighthouse keeper.
