Frosty accompanies a shipload of Christmas presents to Ice Island.; Frosty uses an old farmer's sleigh, pulled by local deer, to give rides to the city's children.; Frosty goes to a city ruled by a queen who hates snow. Frosty poses as a statue in order to find the reason behind the queen's phobia.; While judging a snowman contest, Frosty puts his magic hat on each snowman in order to have them show their talents. The last snowman runs off with Frosty's hat and the children have to pursue him to retrieve the hat.; Frosty goes to visit Santa Claus on December 24, but finds that there is no snow at the North Pole. Frosty goes to see the weatherman and finds that the weather machine is stuck on "Summer."; Frosty comes up with a plan to prevent bullies from knocking down the children's snowman.
