Sylvester and Porky find a suitcase full of "Boovarian" paper money. It turns out to be counterfeit, as there is no country of "Boovaria." However, Sylvester enters a "Name the Kingdom" contest in Porky's name with "Boovaria" as the entry. Porky and Sylvester are summoned to the Kingdom of Nowhere for the final judging. There the naming contest will be decided on the jousting field between Porky and the Black Knight.; Porky becomes a scoutmaster in the Sea Scouts and takes Cicero and Sylvester on a chaotic trip in a rowboat. They end up in a lagoon full of rare and unusual fish.; When the new kid next door won't talk to Cicero, Porky suggests Cicero talk to himself.; Cicero writes a note that makes Petunia too embarrassed to take her cake to the bridge club.; Porky buys a toupee so that his hair can stand on end when he reads an exciting book.
