Neptune, King of the Sea, gets upset when Chilly and his fellow penguins dump their trash in the ocean. He threatens to have Titus Tidal Wave swamp their village if they don't stop.; Chilly is a substitute for the regular Real Fargo Express carrier to Polar City. At Polar City, two wolves direct him to a phony express office to steal the gold he's carrying.; Chilly goes to visit his grandfather, who can't see well due to the hair hanging in his eyes. This leads to a series of "Mr. Magoo-ish" gags about Grandpa not being able to identify things properly.; Embarrassed by the weight-lifting penguins at the beach, weakling Chilly goes off to a remote part of the beach where he sees polar bear pirates burying some treasure.; Chilly's attempt at building a sailboat ends up with him riding a kite instead.; Chilly builds an extension to the entrance to his igloo so he can fish without leaving home.; Bully Bear's squirt gun freezes as he fires it at Chilly.
