Chilly and Sammy are pestered by Bully Bear, who always imitates whatever the two are doing. After discovering a pirate, Chilly and Sammy use Bully's copycat ways to defeat the pirate.; Patty buys Chilly some boxing gloves to keep his hands warm. A couple of accidental knockouts of the town bullies make the townspeople think Chilly is a great boxer and they match him against Roundhouse Octopus, the World's Anyweight Champion.; Chilly is manning the rescue station and is having trouble with the Snowbird, who is faking accidents in order to get some hot cocoa.; Chilly wins an airplane ride at an amusement park. However, the pilot falls from the plane during the flight and Chilly has to take over.; Chilly thinks about trying to clear three barrels on ice skates, but decides it would be better to start by jumping over a St. Bernard's keg for practice.; When the thermometer drops, Chilly takes a hat and scarf from a snowman.; Chilly makes the transition from wave to snow by using a a sled as a surfboard.; Bully Bear waits until Chilly has sawed a hole in the ice to take over his fishing spot. Chilly puts the sawed circle of ice on the water and catches fish from there.
