Pilfy Bear finds a page from the Weather Witch's book of spells and learns how to make tornadoes. Chilly has to find a way to stop him from using the tornadoes for a crime spree.; Chilly is fishing on an ice floe when a pirate submarine surfaces under it.; Chilly and Sammy try to convince Bully Bear that a driftwood branch will grow into a tree.; Chilly orders a sun lamp. Bully Bear steals it and uses it to melt holes in igloos in order to steal items.; Chilly takes Patty to the premiere performance of the Arctic movie theater, but the outlaw Penguin Gang has robbed the mail sled and taken the films. Chilly pretends to join the gang so he can lead the police to the gang's hide-out.; Nobody wants to play catch with Chilly.; Patty knits a scarf for Chilly, but it's so long that he needs the knitting needles to pin it up.; Chilly tries to wash his dishes outdoors, but it's so cold the water freezes.; The old cartoon gag about sawing a hole in the ice, but having the surrounding ice sink while the ice circle stays afloat.
