Chilly and his friends get caught in a winter weather war between Cap'n White, Sir Snow, and Mr. Wind.; Chilly gets in trouble when he has to hit a panicked swimmer to keep him from drowning. The tough penguin tells Chilly he's going to send the Fat Fist gang after him because he hit him. Later the Fat Fist gang robs the bank and Chilly has to save him again.; A visiting bird mistakes Chilly's frozen geyser garden for palm trees. After finding he's not in Hawaii, the bird's complaining drives Chilly to distraction.; Trying to keep Chilly from getting bored while manning the rescue station, Ping and Pong pretend to need his help getting out of "accidents."; A stranger tricks Chilly into painting a pirate flag for him.; Patty doesn't appreciate Chilly's attempts to serenade her.; Patty adds the finishing touches to Chilly's paint job on her igloo.; Chilly gets his large-mouthed whale friend to bite off a section of ice to use as a boat.; After breaking through thin ice with his sailboat, Chilly decides the hazard needs a bigger sign.
