Cindy uses tacks to stop the circus truck on the way to the city, then tricks Go Go into giving her the keys to the circus cages. Cindy, Yogi, and the rest flee to Jellystone Park, where they find Yogi's birthday party ready. Go Go thinks the party is for him, since it's his birthday, too. Yogi allows him to believe that and Go Go turns against the circus owners.; While preparations are going on for Yogi's birthday party in Jellystone Park, two men kidnap Yogi and Boo Boo at gunpoint to use as performers in their circus.; The kidnapers take Yogi and Boo Boo to their run-down circus, where they are guarded by a gorilla.; Quick Draw and Baba Looey find Yogi, but get captured and end up as part of the circus, too.; The circus holds a parade. Yogi tries to escape, but is captured by Go Go.; Snooper and Blabber go to the circus to rescue Yogi and the gang, but end up becoming part of the show, too.; Huck tries his hand at a rescue, but ends up captured, too. The circus owners now decide they have enough animals to move the circus to the city.; Go Go wants to stay in Jellystone Park. Ranger Smith thinks he'll scare the park visitors, but Yogi comes up with a solution to the problem.
