Alexandra hires a professional hypnotist to entrance Alan M. and Melody into kissing each other, causing Josie to think that Alan is unfaithful.; Meet those madcap musical mirthmakers, The Archies, a three-man band of boys who bring song and silliness wherever they go. After playing a gig at Pop Tate's discotheque, they try to save Riverdale High School from being set ablaze, but when Archie almost gets hanged on a fire hose, he has a flashback to the caveman era -- and the cave Archies come out of his flashback and into the present day.; The gang's New Year's party is visited first by an old man and then by a talking infant, each of whom try to impart some wisdom on the teens.; Sabrina tries to help out Archie by using magic to get his car to start. But her spell ends up doing more harm than good.; Aunt Hilda is annoyed when Sabrina's Riverdale friends come to visit, and the teens end up being turned into frogs until Sabrina convinces her aunt to behave nicely.; When Archie and Reggie overhear that Veronica has two tickets to the hockey game the try to convince her to take one of them.; Gloria throws a Hawaiian-themed party, with all of the women required to wear muu-muus.
