Archie complains about his parents' refusal to raise his allowance. But when he meets Chuck's cousin Jenny, who was blinded and orphaned in an accident, he gets a new appreciation for what he has.; After Archie hides from Betty to avoid going walking in the park with her, she goes for a walk alone and gets brutally beaten by two purse-snatchers. Blaming himself, Archie goes with Jughead to the park, intending to beat the muggers up, but the police mistake them for the culprits. In the end the boys learn that they should let the police handle things instead of taking the law into their own hands.
